Robust WiFi internet service, so you can WFH or stream on multiple devices! Beach towels, chairs, umbrella & sand toys provided for you to use during your stay so that you don’t have to pack as much stuff! (Beach towels stocked Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) The stocked kitchen includes both Keurig & drip coffee makers (and tea pot too), for all your caffeine needs! Starter supplies provided for your use: toilet paper, tissues, dish soap, dish towel & sponge, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, bathroom soap & shampoo (like a hotel) Freshly laundered bed linens and bath towels, hand towels & even makeup remover cloth provided. Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, so you have options to watch and relax. Sleeping areas furnished with pillow top & mattress protection covers and firm + soft pillows, so you can rest well during your stay. We can help you arrange a baby crib & high chair rental upon request. We rent from a local family business so that you can be sure it is safe & sanitized. Gated resort w/ security. That means private beachfront parking cuts down on the crowds. **We provide one parking pass valued at $35 for the duration of your stay. Let us know if you want to purchase additional passes prior to your arrival** HVAC w/ Reme Halo UV light! This kills germs so the air is fresh 🍃

Renter understands that we will accept families, couples, and responsible adults 25 years of age or older. Sun & Sea HHI does not rent to high school, college individuals or groups. The person booking this stay must occupy the premises the entire length of the reservation. Each rental is limited to the number of people indicated on your reservation. Pets are not allowed In order to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, please read the following house instructions. Our condo unit is part of the “Admiral Row” building within the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort. VEHICLE PASS One (1) vehicle pass is included with each stay. Guest may purchase additional vehicle passes @ $35 each. **Please let us know if you need to purchase additional passes. NO SMOKING INSIDE OR ON BALCONY Smoking is not permitted inside the condo nor on the balcony HOUSE RULES It's pretty simple, really. • If you open it, close it. • If you borrow it, return it. • If you turn it on, turn it off. • If you use it, take care of it. • If you move it, put it back. • If you make a mess, clean it up. • If it won’t come clean, please let us know so that we can address it. • If it breaks, please let us know so that we can work together to have it fixed or replaced. We also kindly ask that you take off your shoes and utilize the shoe rack that we've provided at the doorway. Trust me...otherwise you'll have a sandy stay And on that topic, please please please, rinse the saltwater and sand off of the beach gear & chairs on your way back from the beach. There is a shower station at the boardwalk entry. RESORT RULES (HHB&T RESORT) Renters are responsible for adhering to all rules and regulations of the Resort property. For example, the resort has a VERY strict policy 1. Do not hang towels or any items over the balcony railing 2. Do not leave unattended items in the hallway

Our condo is the Admirals Row building at the Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort. **There is a note on their site about a sprinkler project but that has NOT started yet. We are fully open for business! Secure beach front parking lot is directly connected to the beach! A $35 resort parking is included in the cleaning fee. Let us know if you’ll have more than one (1) vehicle. The oceanfront pool with an adjacent kiddie pool is open year round but not heated. A second pool is located at Admirals Row (directly across from our condo!) Pools are open all year long (just not heated) Eight tennis courts & six Pickle Ball A basketball hoop and playground are located between the Tennis Villas lagoon and the Tennis Pro Shop. Basketballs are available for borrow in the Tennis Pro Shop. On-site playground is a good place to take the kids when mom needs a break ;) Picnic area w/ tables and charcoal grills. Did someone say oyster roast!!?? Bike rentals are year-round. The stand is located near the security gate. Fitness center w/ treadmills and such Pets are not permitted, unless it is a registered service dog Must be 21 years of age to reserve the condo
