In order to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, please read the following house instructions. Our condo unit is part of the “Admiral Row” building within the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort.

VEHICLE PASS
One (1) vehicle pass is included with each stay.
Guest may purchase additional vehicle passes @ $25 each. Please let us know if you need to purchase additional passes.

NO SMOKING INSIDE OR ON BALCONY
Smoking is not permitted inside the condo nor on the balcony

HOUSE RULES
It's pretty simple, really.
• If you open it, close it.
• If you borrow it, return it.
• If you turn it on, turn it off.
• If you use it, take care of it.
• If you move it, put it back.
• If you make a mess, clean it up.
• If it won’t come clean, please let us know about it so that we can address it.
• If it breaks, please let us know so that we can work together to have it fixed or replaced.

We also kindly ask that you take off your shoes and utilize the shoe rack that we've provided at the doorway. Trust me...otherwise you'll have a sandy stay

And on that topic, please please please, rinse the saltwater and sand off of the beach gear & chairs on your way back from the beach. There is a shower station at the boardwalk entry.

RESORT RULES (HHB&T RESORT)
The resort has a VERY strict policy - DO NOT HANG TOWELS OR ANY ITEMS OVER THE BALCONY
They have a few other rules too, read below:
Grilling is prohibited except Resort designated areas
Music & conversation must not intrude on other guests
Personal belongings must be kept inside the condo, keep hallways & walkways clear
All bikes must be locked in designated bike racks
For safety, vehicles with bike racks must be backed into the parking spaces

**Please note the following property maintenance schedule**
The resort will be resurfacing the small pool (shown in photos) and is scheduled to begin AFTER Labor Day.
